1985 executive assistant to Commissioner Mildred Schwaub and headed a task force
investigation into the Police Bureau’s own Internal Investigation Department.
1986 partner in the law firm of Bloom and Spaulding. Primary focus – plaintiff
injury related litigation both at the trial and appellate levels.
1999 – 2004 partner in the law firm of Bloom and Schuckman. Primary focus –
